FP&A Manager | SaaS Start-up | London £70,000 - £80,000 + Equity As an FP&A Manager, you will support stakeholders across the Business Operations to make critical business decisions. Reporting to the Finance Director you will be the 1st FP&A hire into the team. Key Responsibilities: Cost Analysis: Perform detailed cost and variance analysis, generating key insights. Business Partnering: Provide financial support to department heads, including budget management and business plan delivery. Ensure holistic financial responses across FP&A, Reporting, and Operations, optimising data structuring. Assist budget holders with submissions and financial plan preparation. Financial Modelling: Prepare financial models and conduct ad hoc analyses for business decisions. Lead and support process optimisation initiatives within finance and with business partners. Qualifications: Newly qualified (ACA, ACCA, CFA, CIMA, etc.) or with 1-2 years of post-qualification experience. Strong communication skills, adaptability to a fast-paced environment. Advanced Excel skills; experience with PowerQuery, PowerBI, and Tableau is a plus. Familiarity with ERP systems like Netsuite Planning and Budgeting, Adaptive Insights, or Anaplan is beneficial
