The North East Programme is supported by the North East Combined Authority and is designed to support creative industry businesses at every stage of growth. The programme incorporates grants, debt and equity investment, and a range of mentoring, workshops and events. We are seeking a freelance Events Manager who can support the programme team to deliver a busy calendar of workshops and events over the next 6 months. The ideal candidate will be a first-class event planner, a strong communicator, enthusiastic and organised, with exceptional attention to detail. You will be part of a growing department, liaising with colleagues in the North East and across the UK, supporting and inspiring creative businesses in the North East to flourish and grow.
LOCATION: North East based candidates, Creative UK operates a flexible hybrid working policy, this role will require remote working and in our Newcastle workspace. Candidates should have a willingness to travel across the region.
