With our seven product categories: skin health, intimate health, digestive health, foot health, wellness, pain, cough and cold and speciality products such as Rx pharma care. Across these categories, we own a range of differentiated brands in both prescription drugs (Rx) and consumer products (OTC). For our office in Maidenhead, UK we are currently looking for a passionate Global Creative Content Manager for our Skin Health Squad including the brands Locobase and Decubal.
Responsibilities
- The Creative Content Manager will be in the driving seat for the creation of 360 degree content for our Skin health brands (Locobase and Decubal) across social media, website landing pages, blog content, email marketing, e-com and all other digital channels when applicable as well as copy for product packaging, and ensuring roll out to markets.
- Identifying new ideas for content and creative campaigns considering SEO and Google Analytics
- Collaborating with the Squad lead, markets, design team, creative studio and agencies to ensure one brand identity across all creative and content elements.
- Delivering high-quality, engaging content regularly and creatively inspiring team members within the Skin Squad and across Karo
- Working with the local market teams to share content through various channels, ensuring a strong web presence.
- BSc degree in Digital Marketing, Communications or relevant field
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English
- At least 5 years of experience in digital content & content marketing, preferably in an agency environment.
- Experience with bringing concepts live into visual executions, email marketing, content copywriting for SEO for social media, websites, blogs and product packaging.
- Experience with campaigns to drive eCommerce sales and interpreting KPIs like ROAS, CPA, CR, CTR
- Essential experience and knowledge of best practice with tools like Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, Google Search Console
- Experience of delivering assets to multiple markets - ideally with the Nordics / Germany / the UK
- Native English speaker - any additional language is a plus
