Freelance Legal Clerk – Arts Educational Charity
Are you a detail-oriented and experienced legal clerk looking for flexible freelance work? Art History Link-Up, a registered UK charity committed to providing accessible art history education for young people, is seeking a freelance legal clerk to assist with various ad hoc legal tasks as required.
Responsibilities:
– Conduct legal research and analysis
– Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
– Assist with compliance and regulatory matters
– Manage documentation and maintain accurate records
– Provide general legal support and advice to our team
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a legal clerk or similar role
– Strong understanding of legal procedures and terminology
– Excellent research and analytical skills
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
– Strong communication and organizational skills
– Proficiency in MS Office Suite / Google Suite
