Job Title: French speaking Customer Service & Onboarding Administrator

Location: Lichfield, Office-Based

Type: Permanent

Salary: Up to £29,000 per annum

Our client is a leader, renowned for their exceptional products. Our client's team is passionate about delivering the best experience to their suppliers and franchisees. We are currently seeking a dedicated French-speaking Customer Service & Onboarding Administrator to join their office in Lichfield.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing prompt and professional assistance.
  • Offer detailed information about our products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Onboarding:
  • Guide new franchisees through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
  • Support potential franchisees from their initial inquiry through the entire onboarding process.
  • Conduct welcome calls and provide necessary training and information to new franchisees.
  • Administration:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our client's CRM system.
  • Prepare and manage onboarding documentation and materials.
  • Collaborate with various departments to address and resolve any onboarding or customer service issues.

What we're looking for:

  • Native fluency in French essential
  • Previous experience in customer service essential
  • Additional experience within administration, Recruitment, or onboarding advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
