Job Description Customer Service Representative with French Language and English What our client offer Office-based at our fantastic centre located between Bournemouth and Poole.Permanent Contract of EmploymentSalary: £22,666.98 per annum and an opportunity to earn an additional £1066.67 annual performance-based bonus.£500 joining bonus as a thank-you for joining the company !Guaranteed 40 hours per week - Shift scheduled between 8:00 and 20:15 Monday to Friday with 1 in 2 weekends worked from 8:45 - 17:15.Full training – you just to be tech savvy and our trainers will do the rest!During your working day you will;Provide Inbound customer service in French via Phone, Chat and Email around Android apps and hardware, mobile/desktop, payments, cloud storage, accounts, and other end user issues.Work on our clients’ modern systems, databases and applications with access to exciting new technology from this leading global technology brand.You will have continuous support from our teams of Expert Agents dedicated to help you at any point during your working day.
