French speaking Franchise Business Development - recruiting and developing a network of franchises.
Location: Lichfield, Staffordshire
Salary: Up to £39,000 depending on experience and great benefits
Hybrid working pattern

The Company:

Main duties:
To manage the recruitment of franchisees
The Role:
- Generate leads and pre-screen to find suitable franchisees
- Assess candidates and arrange interviews
- Handle contract renewals and other legal documents
- Negotiate goodwill prices with sellers
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure that deadlines and budgets are not exceeded
The candidate:
- Fluent in French (written and spoken) – Essential
- Sales or Recruitment experience – Ideal
- Quick learner and self-motivated
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong IT skills
Salary: Up to £39,000 depending on experience
