<div><h3>Job Description</h3><div><p><strong>Frontend Developer</strong></p><p><strong>£50,000</strong></p><p><strong>York (3/2 hybrid)</strong></p><p>This is an opportunity to be part of a multi-year digital transformation that’s set to enhance this major retail companies entire tech offering. The first part of this is a major upgrade/ modernization of their tech, bringing in the latest in React and Next.js for their eComm site.</p><p>You’ll be part of a newly put together agile team working with other mid-level developers focussing on the UI and website. You’ll have a real say in how things are implemented and get the chance to bring your ideas to the table, working directly with the new Head of Development.</p><p>This role would suit a solid mid- level developer with 2-3 years’ experience of the JavaScript ecosystem who wants to be part of a 15 person tech team helping to revolutionize a leading retail company</p><p><strong>Skills required/ tech you’ll be using:</strong></p><ul><li>React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript</li><li>Any experience with Node, SQL</li><li>Any experience of helping modernize tech stacks</li><li>Agile environment experience</li></ul><p>If you have a desire to play a big role in a growing dev team that’s going from strength to strength and want to work on a major transformation project, then don’t hesitate to apply or reach out to Ben Greensmith for more information.</p></div></div>
