Maintain and improve the user interface, ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs, and proactively challenge and refine user experience. Work closely with backend developers and other team members to ensure cohesive and scalable frontend solutions. Ensure all frontend practices are up to standard for security, performance, and code maintainability. Proficient in Next.js 13 and ReactJS, with experience deploying on Amplify and optimizing dynamic web applications. Knowledge of AWS services, particularly API Gateway, is essential. Experience with SQL databases, understanding of web headers, HTTP protocols, caching mechanisms, and third-party integrations like Stripe. Extensive, demonstrable and relevant front-end development experience with Next and React. A proactive self-starter and a natural problem solver and doer. You’ll be comfortable navigating change to deliver results. You’re proactive and are happy to form an idea, take action and see it through to completion. Proficient in Agile methodologies with a history of using Asana (preferred) for project management. Capable of writing clean, maintainable code, and committed to documentation and communication.
