Fs Regulatory Lawyer At Automotive Brand Job In Leeds

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented FS reg lawyer to join our client's legal team. They are a well-known automotive brand with HQ in Basingstoke.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide legal support and advice on a wide range of commercial matters
2. Advising on financial regulatory matters, including consumer credit, insurance, and investment products.
3. Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures for financial services
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate legal risks associated with business operations.
5. Keep abreast of changes in laws and regulations that could affect the business.
6. Provide training and guidance to other departments on legal and compliance matters.

Qualifications:

England & Wales qualified solicitor
4+ years of experience in a legal role, preferably in FS reg
Understanding of commercial and contract law.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with team members at all levels.
