Insights OfficerLocation: Almost fully remote – 1 day in London every 8 weeks. Must be based in the UK.Salary: Up to £38k12 Month Maternity CoverThe ClientWe are looking for an experienced Researcher to join one of the UK's biggest charity organisations with a team of over 1700 employees and 30,000 volunteers nationwide who provide life saving services to the UK.They work at the heart of communities, supporting and enabling them to access and receive physical and mental health first aid. Through developing and providing effective community response and outreach services and using longstanding expertise to empower people with vital clinical skills and the confidence to use them.The Role:The Insight Officer will provide support across the organisation, design and undertake primary research and analysis across a wide array of data to inform internal business decisions and strategy developments.This is a primarily quantitative research position consisting of research surrounding questionnaire design and undertaking advanced reporting such as cluster and driver analysis. However there is a qualitative element conducting interviews with volunteers, donors and other key stakeholders.Some of the core responsibilities and requirements of the role;Good knowledge of designing questionnaires and/ore discussion guides for surveys, concept testing, usage & attitude surveys, etc.Comfortable managing relationships with senior internal and external stakeholdersPrevious of using quant or qual research tools for designing and analysing research outputs such as Q, SPSS or similarFor more information, please get in touch with Alex.grady@elizabethnorman.com or apply for next steps.
