A highly reputable ESG investment firm, with offices based in the shard and over £10 billion in assets under management, are looking to welcome a Fund Finance Manager to their Finance Team. This candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day financial reporting for a portfolio for their private equity fund.

The company are offering £70,000 - £80,000 to the successful candidate + brilliant benefits package to the successful candidate.

Your Role

• ownership of the management accounts and reporting responsibilities for their VCT’s
• the VCT status for the boards and the PE team with regular communication to evaluate exit planning and deployment requirements
• will be working closing with the private equity investment team while being proactive with all finance and admin queries
• the fund performance and liaising with auditors
• hoc reporting requests from the investors, the boards and the PE heads

Your Skills & Qualifications:

• Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA Equivalent)
• experience within Private Equity/ Investment Management/ Fund Accounting is key
• will need Knowledge of accounting standards i.e. FRS 102 and IFRS
• of VCT rules is desirable not essential
• who is ambitious and eager to really get stuck in
