My client, a top asset manager, is looking to hire a lawyer with UK regulated funds experience into their legal team in London.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Maintaining constitutional documents.
- Ensuring compliance of Fund documents with UK regulatory requirements.
- Supervision and coordination of FCA applications for fund changes.
- Drafting and negotiating investment management agreements.
- Providing legal support for global distribution.
