Funds Solicitor - Manchester - NQ - 5PQE
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, ambitious individual to join a growing team. You'll have the chance to work be involved in varied and interesting transactions right from the start, working with well- established clients. Given the nature of the role, you will be highly organised and be able to work pragmatically. The role will involve working independently with support where required but also working as part of a team for larger projects.
You'll work to participate in relevant practice development initiatives, seek to get involved with business development opportunities and keep up to date with changes in relevant law and practice. To drive best practice further, you will be an exceptional team player with the ability to work collaboratively to deliver the best outcomes for our clients and to develop other team members.
The Team
The team specialises in advising on a broad range of fund and investment matters. Our clients include: Fund managers, Family offices, High Net Worth individuals, Banks, Financial institutions and Service Providers.
The team advise these clients on the formation of, investment into and ongoing operation and management of investment funds across a range of jurisdictions, asset classes and investment strategies. They also advise clients on a range of integrated issues which intersect with their fund activities. These issues include, employment, litigation, regulatory matters, corporate governance and related banking, finance and commercial transactions.
