Our client are a leading global law firm who are seeking a mid to senior level Funds Solicitor to join their team in Edinburgh.
The team act on complex, cross-border private investment funds transactions including fund formation and structuring, fund raising (e.g. financial promotion and AIFMD) and investment fund investments.
You will have 3+ PQE years’ post-qualification experience in investment funds law and ideally have experience in business development and marketing activities.
