As a Funds Solicitor, you will play a pivotal role in advising on the formation and structuring of a wide range of funds, including venture capital, real estate, infrastructure, and private debt funds. Your responsibilities will encompass working on global transactions such as buyouts, venture investments, co-investments, fund formations, and take-private transactions. You will work closely with highly ranked partners and a dedicated team, gaining exposure to a variety of asset classes and honing your expertise in real estate fundraisings and secondary transactions.
