Fusion Lead- HCM Functional Consultant (Oracle)
Requirement: Minimum 10 years of Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Modules
- Should have at least 4Implementation Experience as a Functional Consultant.
- Must have a strong track record of delivering Oracle Fusion HCM solutions,
includingextensive experience in the areas of business process analysis,
requirementdefinition and solution design.
- Should have done to end to end implementation for two of the below modules,
Fusion Core HR and Fusion Absence with fast formula is mandatory
oFusion Core HR
oFusion Absence
oFusion Time and Labor
o Fusion Comp and Ben
oFusion Payroll
oFusion Absences
Good to have the knowledge on below functionalities
o Fusion Securities
o Fusion approvals
Should be able to write Fast formulas
Should have good communication and presentation skills
Must have good understanding of AIM/OUM processes/phases and documentation
