Rushmoor Futsal Club are based on the Surrey/Hampshire border and provide Futsal sessions for all age and abilities. We coach around 200 players every week.
Role Description
The Futsal Coach will be responsible for planning and implementing training sessions. This will initially be under a Head Coach mentor with the successful applicant progressing to leading sessions when ready.
We are also looking for match day coaches and all coaches will need be excellent at communicating with players, parents, and staff.
An ability to coach all abilities is a MUST, we treat every player the same and make sure every session is enjoyable.
Sessions take place in and around the Farnborough, Fleet, Camberley & Farnham so having access to your won transport is a must.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work closely and effectively with others
- Demonstrated experience, or show an understanding of, coaching teams and developing players of different ages and skill levels
- Certifications such as UEFA or FA coaching badges, Futsal Level 1-3, or other relevant qualifications are a plus
- A passion for futsal and an understanding of the game and its rules
- Flexible schedule and availability to work evenings and weekends
- Football / Futsal experience is preferred, but we are open to all applicants if they show a willingness to learn
