As an FX Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving the foreign exchange (FX) business by leveraging your sales acumen, market knowledge, and client relationship skills. You will be responsible for expanding the client base, fostering strong relationships with institutional clients, and providing them with tailored FX solutions.


Key Responsibilities:


Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

  • Identify, target, and acquire new institutional clients in the FX market.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients, including hedge funds, asset managers, and financial institutions.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Present our FX products and services effectively to clients, addressing their needs and providing innovative solutions.

Market Analysis & Intelligence:

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
  • Provide clients with insights and updates on market developments and trading opportunities.

Collaboration & Coordination:

  • Work closely with trading, research, and technology teams to ensure seamless execution of client orders and optimal service delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and enhance our FX product offerings.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in FX sales or a related role within the financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the FX market, trading strategies, and financial instruments.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
