To assist in executing marketing activities and campaigns that support business plansKey responsibilities/accountabilitiesProduce and update marketing brochures, advertisements, client direct mail and other materials, both scheduled and ad-hocWrite messages according to the R&Co writing style, and review credentials and messaging materials to determine optimum contentUse internal applications and other sources to create content for marketing materialsArrange printing or digital distribution of brochuresEnsure relevant brochures are available and kept up to dateOversee the use of electronic newsletters by the business, as primary administrator of the distribution software, and advise banker teams on their useTo work with the GA Communications team to discuss banker’s requirements and recommend appropriate activitiesWork with banker teams and the GA communications team to develop and submit awards for our selected/target awardsPublish and communicate the results and update these io our systemManage the awards calendar and submission processReview messages, statistics and deal selectionsWork with the GA Communications team and with other relevant teams to produce and make available the standard quarter end materials for banker useAssist the GA Communications team with ad hoc requests regarding marketing material requirementsCollaborate with the group Brand DirectorAct as brand ambassador for Global AdvisoryWork with the creative services team for correct imagery that conforms to corporate brand guidelines for use in marketing materialsKey competencies (skills and abilities needed to perform role)A mature and thoughtful attitude with the ability to demonstrate initiative and reliabilityExcellent interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate clearly and effectively, and experience of working as part of a small integrated teamStrong writing skills and confident analysis of dataExcellent attention to detailGood organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload andmulti-taskAbility to act with good judgement and common senseAnalytical skills to interpret data and summarise key pointsKey competencies (knowledge and experience)Minimum three years’ experience in a generalist marketing role, preferably in the professional services industriesA grounding in the financial sector, preferably through previous rolesGood knowledge or strong desire to learn about i.e. M&A and financing advisory transactionsExtensive experience in producing marking materials across a variety of channelsManaging multiple projects and workflows simultaneouslyExperience in managing content for websites and intranetStrong understanding of the marketing mixProfessional qualificationsEducated to degree level.
