Key responsibilities
- Assist and support in day-to-day operations
- Maintain record keeping and databases
- Ensure filing systems are organised and up to date
- Support the Head of General Administration with the training requirements of the company and general administrative duties
- Attend shows or events which may require travel and some evening and weekend work
- Respond to enquiries to The Foundation and provide guidance for all new applicants, fundraisers and charities
- Assist and liaise with the production teams on events, such as dedicated education performances
Knowledge, skills and experience
Essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong computer skills, including intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
- Highly organised and the proven ability to successfully manage multiple deadlines, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
Desirable
- Ability to work as both part of a team and independently in a reliable manner, with minimal supervision
- Have an interest in and an understanding of the Arts & Charity Sectors
