General Foreman/woman
Water
We are currently seeking to recruit a General Foreman to be part of a multi-disciplinary team on clean and wastewater projects, based in the South-West region. Works comprise civil engineering and some building works.
Reporting into the Site Manager, duties include but are not limited to;
Management of sub-contractors
Supervision of Site Operatives
Daily site briefings
Assisting with the Production of Health & Safety plans & Method Statements
Assisting to write Risk Assessments
Site inspections
Desired Skills / Background
Civil Engineering
Applicants should demonstrate have a strong background in the successful delivery of civil engineering projects and will likely come from a skilled trades background. It may be that you are currently working as a General Foreman or perhaps you are a Site Supervisor seeking to take the next step in your career. Either way, you will be a strong manager of people, possessing the ability to get the most out of your team.
