General Hospitality Graduates-Bovey Castle, Devon Are you looking for a fast-paced role in a guest-focused environment, where no two days are the same? This is a great opportunity for graduates who have recently completed a Hospitality Management degree and are looking to springboard their career gaining credible experience within the luxury hotel market. This role will begin from summer 2022.
What you’ll be doing? You will have studied a Hospitality related degree programme, along with having some relevant industry experience which may be in the form of work experience or placement. Our graduate opportunities can be tailored to the individual graduate or hotel requirements and so are perfect if you know your career lies in hospitality but are not sure in which department to specialise yet. Equally, you may already have a clear plan and with the right underpinning experience, we could place you into a specific departmental supervisory role from the off allowing you maximum exposure to progression in your chosen specialism of Food & Beverage or Front Office. This hands-on role will provide you with the opportunity to develop your skills in interactions with both guests and team members, shadowing others whilst growing your confidence before taking on increased responsibilities.
