We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
Regularly monitor and review business performance in line with budgets and other targets and take appropriate action without compromising the customer or restaurant standards.
Achieving budgeted levels of sales and profit.
Ensuring all financial processes and reporting requirements are managed to company stand-ard.
Maximising profitability through sales and promotional activities.
Business planning and building.
Operate as duty manager on shifts.
Effective communication, coaching and support of the restaurant team, ensuring that team members are motivated, listened to, supported and set up for success.
Drive excellent standards of service through leading by example and supporting the restaurant team.
