The company, who are based in Swiss Cottage, NW London, is seeking an experienced, confident General Manager to manage their serviced apartments site. You will need to motivate and develop the team to ensure the absolute highest standards are maintained, and the best possible experience is given to their Guests. You will be responsible for controlling budgets, increasing revenue and reservations, and handling the continued success of the business. You therefore must have experience in sales and marketing within hospitality, ideally within serviced apartments or in the hotel industry.

The General Manager has overall responsibility for the on-site operations and performance of the building asset and the on-site team. You will be a skilled General Manager used to working with small teams and complex buildings. You will have a good knowledge of either Hotel/BTR/co-living or hospitality operations with a track record of success in a similar role. You will need to hit the ground running and be the figurehead of the building with plenty of opportunities for further improvement, putting guest experience at front and centre of your approach.

You will be comfortable presenting and answering internal and external communications, and bring in new ideas and initiatives to continue growth of revenues and retention for the property. Motivating and improving the existing team, you will be able to train and develop the front desk team to deal with various scenarios.

The role will allow you to have autonomy in your day to day work so you must be an experienced, reliable, trustworthy Manager with a love for the property and hospitality industries, and the success - as well as challenges - this brings.

Overall, flexibility, resilience, and the desire to deliver outstanding customer service at all times are vital to this role. The ideal candidate will have experience in property management, sales, lettings, administration, accounts, and HR.

In return, the General Manager will receive £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, plus an annual discretionary bonus.
