General Manager
Salary of £55,000 per year (negotiable)

Things you will be doing as a General Manager:
- Oversee the day-to-day operation
- Manage and mentor the team
- Create and manage SOP manuals and training guides
- Ensure the exceptional quality of the food and beverage service
- Your service skills will showcase the restaurant's unique offering
- You will contribute to creating the ultimate experience
You will be a great fit if you have:
- Previous experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager
- You have the drive and ambition to succeed
- Great thinking "outside the box", being creative and strategic, and are driven by coming up with new ideas.
- You understand the marketplace and have the drive to innovate and lead
