Job Description
Novaris Search are currently partnered with a well established and fast growing Testing, Inspection, and Certification service provider who are currently looking for a General Manager to oversee two well established sites.
This is an onsite position and relocation can be offered.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible and accountable to drive and deliver to annual Operational Plan commitments including: revenues, profit, working capital and operational performance
- Develop and execute short and long term business plans and strategies to include operational goals, equipment needs, and staffing for the location
- Maintain contact and relationships with top location accounts in line with policies, and participate as necessary to cultivate new accounts
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of laboratory safety
- Bachelor’s degree (BA, BSc, BEng) in an engineering or technical-related discipline
- Strong leadership Experience and a high EQ
- TIC Industry experience is a must - heavy machinery preferred
