Job Description
Suitable candidate would be required to:
Work on the bar for approximately 5 shifts per week.
Organise functions.
Oversee kitchen work and be prepared to help with food preparation and cooking.
Cellar management/stock rotation.
Place order each week with brewery and order food where appropriate.
