Company Profile.

Our Client is an established digital print business who manage data driven projects for ‘Brass Plate’ Clients.

As a specialist print operation attention to detail is of paramount importance to their Customers.

They are currently going through an exciting stage in the growth and development of their business plan and this role is critical to their ongoing success.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to play a key part in the senior team reporting directly to the Managing Director as their ”No.2”.

Ideal Candidate Profile.

The successful Candidate will understand work flow and business process and be responsible for delivering commercial performance, customer satisfaction and operational excellence through business integration,

Our Client is looking for a good ‘all-rounder’ with a strong Customer Service bias – experience of Planning, H&S, Quality Processes and the ability to comfortably move between operational and strategic activities would truly cement the No.2 position.

The role will allow the Managing Director to focus on sales and business development activities.

In the role you will be required to:

Support, engage and motivate a team of 4 Account Managers, reporting into and supporting the Managing Director.
Take ownership and responsibility for the efficient and effective running of the customer service function.
Manage and develop client relationships and develop a quality service to meet client objectives.
Act as the link between production and customer services.
Create, review and implement best practice to improve procedures and performance.

Key attributes required:

Career experience includes Client Services Management responsibility.
Experience of project planning with the ability to manage bespoke print projects spanning print, logistics and processing. 
Commercially astute and business savvy.
People management experience with the ability to empower others.
Ability to establish and strategically develop client and internal relationships.
Excellent Written and Spoken Word.
Advanced MS Skills: Word, Excel, Good understanding of Adobe and PowerPoint.
