Salary: Up to £52,000 plus BONUS

The Role of General Manager
As the General Manager, you will take full accountability for this new opening, one of the company’s largest sites with around 100 covers. The business has a strong delivery component and operates at a very fast pace, with a constant turnover of tables. Service is casual, requiring a GM who thrives on being hands-on. The food is fresh and exceptionally delicious! They seek ambitious candidates eager to elevate the restaurant to the next level. You'll be all about people, engaging with guests and supporting your team. This role is ideal for managers who are present on the floor and deeply involved in the daily operations of their restaurant.
