I'm currently recruiting for my clients Country Dining Gastro in Surrey.
There will be a high fresh quality and sophisticated food offering, a warm and relaxing setting and a charm that will not be able to be replicated.
The décor will be of the highest standard and there will be slick operating systems through out
The Role:
As General Manager you will have full autonomy of the business, from liaising with the chef to overseeing the full front of house operation.
You will have a hands-on approach and be very front of house focused. you will have great leadership, training and motivational skills being a mentor to the rest of your team.
