£45,000 plus TRONC plus Bonus
We are looking for personality here – this role is all about live cooking and creating experiences for your guests, they come here for the food and the experience.

This role has become available as the current GM is being promoted within the business, demonstrating there is real growth opportunities with this company. You will be leading a team of circa 50 and will be accountable for every aspect of running a restaurant business.
What are we looking for from this new General Manager?
- You will have solid General Manager experience in a high-volume business preferably with central London experience.
- A big personality – this is about flair and creating a vibrant experience for your guests.
- Strong financial skills and commercial acumen
- Can demonstrate leadership of large teams.
- Enjoy running a business from a 360 perspective.
