Job Description
We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
- Managing the P&L budgets, the market relevant KPIs, and taking responsibility for the overall performance of the country
- Develop a local team of 30-60 employees by hiring the right talents and provide effective leadership and nurturing
- Develop and implement action plans to improve performance, providing direction and guidance to all department leaders within the country
- Monitoring and scanning the competitive environment and adjusting our expansion strategy accordingly
- Definition and execution of business goals
- Drive growth and profitability with expansion but also optimizing/challenging existing go to market strategy
- Taking over the internal stakeholder management (e.g. IT, Medical, HR, Marketing) for UK specific requirements
- Bachelor or Master's degree from a top tier university
- 8-10 years of work experience in business development and/or project management from a consulting, venture building, or high-growth and fast-paced startup environment
- 5+ years of leadership experience and scaling teams across departments, preferably with exposure to MedTech
- Experience in building up an entire business/market and in leading and building high-performing teams
- High-growth environment and start-up experience, ideally with a background of launching, scaling and operating in the UK
- Distinctive entrepreneurial mindset combined with a hands-on mentality and strong problem-solving skillsÂ
- Affinity for using data to make strategic decisions
- Always challenge the status quo and seek constant improvement to the business situation
- Proficiency in English required
