General Manager – Up to £65,000 – Cocktail Bar
About the Company
We are offering an amazing opportunity for a talented and highly skilled General Manager to join this fast-growing and award-winning cocktail bar company. We are looking for someone with great leadership skills and a people person! You must have experience within wet led venues and have a great understanding of P&L.
About You?
- Wet led/Cocktail oriented background is ESSENTIAL
- Previous experience as a General Manager is a MUST for this role
- Strong product knowledge is preferred but a passion to learn is essential
- Oversee all day-to-day operations of the venue
- Experience leading a team and ensuring there is a positive culture
- Excellent communication skills
- Must meet the business targets by creating structured plans with the management team
- Passion for delivering a great guest experience
