General Manager – Waste & Recycling Production Operations

Salary: £68-72K plus Car Allowance & Bonus

OPERATIONS MANAGER / GENERAL MANAGER REQUIRED TO RUN A LARGE SCALE WASTE MANAGEMENT AND RECYCLING OPERATION

LOCATION: Grays

ROLE: General Manager – Waste & Recycling Production Operations

1. You will be responsible for a waste collections and processing operations.
2. You will manage P&L and deliver a profitable operation while identifying growth opportunities.
3. You will ensure vehicle, safety and environmental compliance.
4. You will ensure staff are trained.
5. You will look to deliver improvements to safety, quality and production levels while minimising costs.

EXPERIENCE:

1. You will have a solid background in waste processing operations.
2. You will be a strong man manager.
3. You will be commercially astute and have managed P&L.
