Part-time role available for a General Practice Surveyor - Remotely based Your new company You will work as a consultant providing your specialist surveying skill-set to a local authority based in the Southwest of England. Your new company are responsible for effectively managing a corporate and commercial portfolio of buildings, ensuring they are of a compliant standard at all times and utilised effectively. Your new role You will lead on a specific project associated with a newly constructed innovation centre in the region, a project which was funded and designed to progress economic growth in the region. You will lead on managing the letting of the centre, helping to prepare heads of terms and advising on a range of other terms whilst updating and reporting back to funders and other involved stakeholders. What you'll need to succeed In order to fulfil this brief, you will need to have experience as an Estates Surveyor or General Practice Surveyor, ideally representing a public-sector client previously or working on the client-side. You will need to demonstrate a skill-set which includes negotiation of heads of terms, leaseholds and freeholds, analysing tenant mix and reporting to various stakeholders. What you'll get in return In return you will receive an initial three month contract with 2.5 days per week available to work. You will receive a competitive daily rate of pay for this work, paid on a weekly basis, which is likely to be outside scope of IR35.
