The role is starting asap, with full training and support provided. The Role you will be doing: Delivering outstanding customer service over email and telephone Providing proactive and commercial account administration Maintaining an accurate customer database for business development purposes Communicating effectively and liaising with other departments to solve problems or answer customer queries Administering of returns and process accurate refunds Monitoring online payment details to reduce risk of fraudulent orders Monitoring of customer feedback and payment merchants including accuracy of online terms, case and resolution handling Booking shipping and transport using logistics providers Coordinating order fulfilment Ad hoc customer service/sales administration About you: Fluent in Spoken and Written German and English You must have a customer service/administration background and are familiar in using CRM systems. You will be able to provide a courteous and a professional service to ensure the customer is completely satisfied. You will be a great team player and you will be motivated by helping solve customers problems. Experience within a professional environment preferable Strong MS Office and Excel skills Proficiency with systems A positive and proactive attitude Conscientious & hard-working Able to multitask and manage workload to tight deadlines Self-motivated Articulate, confident and friendly manner Close attention to detail Reliable and excellent timekeeper
