Location: UK - Hatfield, UK - London, UK - Reading, UK - Manchester | Job-ID: 209430 | Contract type: Standard | Business Unit: Business Operations & Administration Life on the team  We are excited to announce we are now looking to hire a PA into our thriving Group Managed Services (GMS) organisation within Computacenter. You will be working closely with our Head of Service Delivery both in the UK and Germany. You will engage with a network of other PAs throughout the company and critical functions ensuring the leader and team are as effective as possible in their missions across the group.  You will be forward thinking, highly organised and have a “can do” attitude in this highly dynamic team. So who are we? Service Delivery Leadership is the representative of our services to key internal and external stakeholders. Working within Group Managed Services and collaborating with our Services colleagues, Service Delivery Leadership are accountable for the quality of the service delivered to our customers. That the cost to serve is in alignment with the agreed baseline and that through challenging positively our services remain relevant and competitive. What you’ll do You will get involved with diary management, travel co-ordination, through to administrative duties with opportunity to get involved in interesting projects and creative task. This opportunity will be varied and exciting with new challenges every day. Extensive Diary Management  Booking and arranging meetings; ensuring meeting rooms, catering requirements are taken care of  Meeting Preparation; producing agendas, producing minutes, and following up on actions.  Assisting with Presentations for Internal and External Stakeholders  Representing the director, ensuring they are kept up to date with all relevant information.  Management and vetting of emails, creating suitable responses on behalf of the Director where appropriate.  Prioritisation of emails and categorisation  Responsible for the management of ad-hoc projects  Organising and assisting with Events Arranging and hosting monthly Live Events, as well as ad-hoc Live Events  Assist with wider Communications. Administration of direct reports’ personnel issues, including holiday, pay review submission, etc. Monitoring expenditure approvals, finding out additional information if required. Completing and submitting the Directors expenses and mileage logs on a timely basis  National and International travel arrangements  Manage several Approval systems, ensuring all information is gathered before processing. The role may require some travel. What you’ll need Solid administrative and or PA experience Fluent in both English and German Experience of relevant business system eg.SAP Good knowledge of MS Applications Good administrative experience, attention to detail, ensures accuracy of data, provides data for reporting and processing of information. Personable and able to liaise at all levels of the business. Excellent interpersonal, literacy and numeracy skills and ability to build relationships at all levels. Proven ability to work independently. Proven planning, organisational and prioritisation skills. Ability to meet deadlines. Self-motivated and able to maintain confidentiality.
