Position: Global Commodity Manager for Indirect Services

Location: Fully Remote (Based in any of our 20+ offices in the UK)

The Opportunity: Are you a procurement expert with a passion for centralizing categories and optimizing spend? We're looking for a talented Global Commodity Manager to lead our indirect services procurement efforts. This fully remote position offers the flexibility to work from any of our UK offices while spearheading initiatives to streamline and centralize our procurement processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead global procurement initiatives for indirect services, focusing on categories such as blue-collar temporary labor contracts, cleaning services, PPE, and all facility services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement global sourcing strategies that optimize spend and drive efficiencies.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality standards are met.
  • Drive centralization efforts to consolidate spend across regions and standardize processes for maximum efficiency.
  • Analyze market trends, supplier performance, and risk factors to make informed procurement decisions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business objectives.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in global procurement, with a focus on indirect services and category management.
  • Expertise in sourcing and negotiating contracts for blue-collar temporary labor, cleaning services, PPE, and facility services.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and market insights to drive procurement strategies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
