Diversity Network Associations (DNAs) are employee-driven groups rooted in the celebration and amplification of culturally underrepresented communities at Apple. The Manager will be critical in supporting the integration of I&D into everything we do at Apple. Description

This role is an opportunity to lead some of the Global Community Advisors which support our DNAs. They will lead their team by developing and executing strategy, partnering with Executive Leadership on DNA Community-related sentiments and engagement, and provide counsel and support during crisis moments. Responsibilities: Manage, collect, and share community sentiments in an actionable way with key partners particularly Executive Leadership Partner with I&D, People and Comms leadership to develop multi-channel employee communications with a focus on driving belonging, transparency and clarity Stay current on external trends and global crisis - establish response playbook in partnership with leadership and key partners to ensure community support and business continuity Support Advisors through complex issues related to inclusion and diversity topics Spearhead the growth, development, and impact of DNAs developing strategies to increase employee participation and engagement, as well as establishing metrics to track the effectiveness of large scale DNA programs and I&D initiatives
