Global HR Business Partner (FTC)

A well-regarded Management Consultancy firm is in the market for a Global HR BP. This is a 12 month contract role covering a period of maternity leave.

The purpose of this role is to provide the full range of HR Generalist support from an operational and strategic perspective to an employee group of around 100 split across 6 countries. This will include providing guidance on HR policies and practices, HR initiatives, resolving queries and issues and delivering a first class service to the business. You will be working closely with partners and people managers, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure that the people agenda is reflected in all business decisions.
In this true generalist role you will collaborate with the partners in aligned practice groups to understand the key business objectives in order to define, create and deliver HR solutions.

Other areas of focus include ER, Talent Management and Development, Engagement and Performance and Reward. You should keep fully up to date with all developments in terms of employment legislation and employee relations issues and utilise this technical knowledge to provide advice and guidance to people managers.

In order to be considered for this exciting opportunity you should have gained a thorough understanding of how HR works from a commercial environment in another global role ideally within the professional services market.
