Job DescriptionJob Title: Global HR Systems Support SpecialistLocation: Runcorn HybridReporting to: Global Head of HR SystemsJob SummaryWe are a global company and matrix organisation undergoing a significant transformation program, and this role will be helping to roll out and support an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Human Resources Information System (HRIS) in nearly 50 countries.Job ResponsibilitiesSupport the Country Process Owners in all regions and countries using iCIMSSupport the continuous improvement of iCIMSCreate reports and dashboards within iCIMSCarry out system and user audits for the iCIMS environmentLiaise directly with the iCIMS technical and support teams on behalf of SwissportSupport the implementation of Dayforce and iCIMS in new countries as well as new modules and functionalityManage iCIMS and Dayforce-related tickets raised via HaloCarry out continuous improvement for DayforceConduct regression testing for iCIMS and Dayforce prior to upgradesAdhere to IT change and incident management processesSupport the rollout of additional functionality of iCIMS systems including quarterly upgrades/releases. This will include supporting the prioritization and development of system enhancements and breaks/fixes (as part of BAU) and monitoring the functional testing of new features and patches for the business process applicationResponsible for activities like user account creation and database maintenance (user roles, logins, data cleansing, data purges) for iCIMS system and provide direction, guidance, and training to all country business process owners on user account managementResponsible for creating and maintaining configuration workbooksWho we are looking for:Aptitude for learning new systemsExperience with customer service and/or user supportFluent Spanish would be an advantage as this role would be supporting users in Latin AmericaExperience with HRIS/ATS platforms would be an advantage
