Bramwith Consulting is currently seeking a number of talented Global IT Procurement professionals to fill multiple positions for a global tech firm that is expanding its global IT procurement department. The preferred candidate for these positions must have a strong background in global procurement, with a proven track record of managing relationships and negotiations with top-tier software vendors such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft, or similar businesses.
As a crucial member of this highly strategic global IT procurement team, you will be responsible for managing complex global software contracts and Master Service Agreements with top-tier vendors often for tens of thousands of licenses at a time representing and annual spend totalling over £100M+.
Key Responsibilities of the Global IT Procurement - Software Lead Buyer:-
- Drive strategic sourcing activities at a global level, crafting complex international agreements directly with top software suppliers.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement processes, taking ownership of the category strategy, internal stakeholder relationships, and external supplier relationships.
- Support the activities of local and regional procurement teams, offering guidance to ensure global alignment.
- Cultivate relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring early engagement in projects and continuous collaboration between procurement and internal business teams.
- Provide subject matter expertise on the global software landscape, including future trends and innovations such as Cloud Services, SaaS, AI, Automation, and more.
