A market leading multi-asset alternative investment manager are looking to make a key Investor Relations hire in a newly created role, reporting into the Global Head. My client is a leader in their respective space and offer some of the best benefits in the industry alongside flexible working (2 days wfh minimum).
The successful candidate will work in a broad investor relations role that will involve engagement and collaboration with all internal stakeholders/teams, exposing the hire to every aspect of the business. This will involve extensive work with the tech team and the opportunity to implement companywide system improvements and improve client data handling. More ad-hoc responsibilities include answering prospective & existing client queries, onboarding clients, completing due diligence requests, and supporting the sales team.
The role will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to build the Investor Relations function out in the way they envision, including future hires and the team structure, as well as optimal systems to improve function efficiency. Ideas & initiatives are welcomed and if anything encouraged.
Candidates should have 5-7 years of relevant investor relations/client services experience within a reputable alts manager or market maker. Alternative investment product knowledge is highly preferred. A strong academic background is required.
My client will pay up to £130k base, as well as a market leading bonus.
