The Company

Our client was established in 2012 and has made real progress within the pharma space in this short period of time. They pride themselves on delivering world-class drug treatments and services to the deprived uncommon/unique disease patient community.

They are now looking for a motivated global marketing associate to join and become an integral part of the marketing team.

You would be supporting the development and implementation of their marketing plans around the world to drive business objectives.

The Role – Global Marketing Associate

Reporting to the global marketing manager and joining a team of 4 within marketing your daily tasks will include:


  • Providing marketing support, and delivering on project objectives including planning and strategy development for new and existing products
  • Assist with the cross-functional team budget ensuring it is tracked against budget and highlighting change
  • Support the deliver of omni-channel activities e.g. email campaigns, event materials, web, print advertising and copy of promotional items
  • Assist in managing the social channels (Youtube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter)
  • Analyse, monitor and report on social and web performance. Assist in data collation to produce monthly reports for the management team
  • Assist with agency management

About You – Global Marketing Associate

  • Minimum 1 year of marketing experience, ideally with a background in pharma or equivalent
  • Holds a marketing degree or CIM
  • Very strong written and communications skills in English. Ability to create content with little or no editing
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks, strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
