I am seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Marketing Effectiveness Manager to join the team to analyse the companies Global Marketing Effectiveness Program that operates in 13 different markets.
Your new role
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data analysis, SQL, and Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM). This role will be instrumental in measuring and enhancing the effectiveness of the companies’ global marketing strategies through robust data analysis and advanced modelling techniques.
  • Develop and implement Marketing Mix Models (MMM) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities across various channels and geographies.
  • Analyse large datasets to extract actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Use SQL to manage, manipulate, and query complex databases for in-depth analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for marketing effectiveness.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership to inform strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Continuously refine and optimise models to improve accuracy and predictive power.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in marketing analytics and data science.
  • Utilise Python for advanced data analysis, modelling, and automation tasks as needed.
To be successful you must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in marketing effectiveness analysis and Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM).
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data management and analysis.
  • Experience with Python for data analysis and modelling is highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present data-driven recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
