Global Marketing Assistant

What You’ll Do:
What You’ll Do:
- Support on maintaining licensing campaign timelines and content calendar.
- Work with licensing and social media team to build clear briefs for creative needs.
- Support licensing marketing team on gifting needs, including brand client gifts and product specific press/influencer gifts and manage sample set and send outs.
- Manage influencer and competitor research across social media channels, monitoring and reporting key names, trends, and campaigns.
- Support social media team in identifying key trends and opportunities across organic social channels, helping to drive organic KPIs across engagement and traffic.
- Working with social media team to support on product placements and gifting activations with our influencer network.
- Monitor and report on media marketplace to stay abreast of trends, identifying opportunities in emerging media and related technologies.
- Attend weekly meetings to support with meeting notes and follow up actions.
- Update the monthly / quarterly marketing newsletter.
- Support the Global Marketing & Social team with Invoice management.
- Support the Senior Global Marketing Director with administrative tasks.
We’d Love to See:
- Fashion Marketing Degree preferable.
- Be proficient in MS Office packages, particularly Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
