Role: Global Research Associate Director
Location: Property Research, London
Are you an experienced real estate researcher looking for a fresh challenge?
We have a great new opportunity to work on global property market research and lead two key areas of research outputs within the team.
The ideal candidate will have:
• At least 5 years’ experience in real estate research (occupier and office markets are advantageous)
• Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with a wide range of stakeholders and build relationships across the business
• Confidence delivering presentations both internally and externally to clients
• The drive for programme management and to develop new research initiatives, reporting across all real estate sectors
