Global Talent Marketing Partner

We are a diverse company with over 38,000 employees in almost 50 countries, and we are looking for a Talent Marketing Partner to join our Global Talent Acquisition Hub based in Birmingham.
As a Global Talent Marketing Partner at ZEISS, you will join as an integral part of the Global Talent Acquisition Hub’s growing operations team, supporting and leading recruitment marketing initiatives within the hub.
You will form relationships with internal stakeholders including the Global Employer Branding team to ensure that the Global Talent Acquisition Hub's recruiting activities are aligned with the global employer branding strategy.
As a Global Talent Marketing Partner at ZEISS, your role will involve:
Creating professional, in-depth specific project plans and campaigns to improve brand awareness across online and offline channels.
Partner with our TA Delivery Managers and TA Resourcers to ensure effective talent attraction strategies.
Develop and maintain a global marketing and sourcing strategy
Copywriting, creating visual design concepts and video editing for recruitment marketing campaigns and internal communications.
Implementing organic and paid advertising campaigns, with the support of the Global Employer Branding team and external agencies.
Ensuring employer brand consistency across digital and social properties.
Liaising with Global Corporate Communications and Marketing to adhere to corporate brand standards.
Propose, track and analyse sourcing spend – bringing proposals to budget holders and demonstrating ROI.
Provide regular reports showing ROI on activities, boosting talent attraction and brand awareness.
Analyse source of hire data and provide sourcing channel proposals as a result.
Identify, analyse and implement new sourcing channels that can be used for the global team
Manage the Global Talent Acquisition Hub's internal communications, including SharePoint.
Staying abreast of Employment Branding and Recruitment Marketing trends.
As a Global Talent Marketing Partner at ZEISS, you will ideally have:
Most importantly a true passion for recruitment marketing with experience managing recruitment advertising, programmatic advertising, PPC campaigns and employer branding.
Experience in recruitment marketing and/or recruitment advertising, either within a recruitment function or a marketing agency.
Understanding and experience working with email marketing tools.
Working knowledge of content management systems for website site development including SharePoint.
Skills in design, and proven experience adhering to brand guidelines.
Proven experience in strong stakeholder engagement and having full responsibility for driving marketing strategy
Experience in paid advertising on platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.
