Job Description: We are recruiting for a Governance & Procurement Locum to join a public sector In-House Legal Team based in the North West.
A locum will be required for a period of 2 months with the likelihood of extension
The role will be on a hybrid basis, with the client willing to consider candidates available on either a full or part time basis.
We are looking for candidates with the experience of:
- Providing expert legal advice in relation Corporate Governance and contract & procurement matters
- Provide all necessary legal advice and support in relation to all commercial agreements, relationships and arrangements on behalf of the organisation
- Support the effective management and administration of all Freedom of Information and Data Protection requests
- Develop and manage ongoing relationships with key stakeholders to identify and deliver solutions that benefit all parties
